Apr 29, 2013 · So im having thus problem with guild wars. Whenever i click "play" the game runs on windowed mode, and stays blank. Ive sent a message to arenanet and 6 hours later, no reply. So my only alternative is to reinstall it. If u can tell me how to solve my problem, that would be even more awesome. If not, just tell me whether or not ill lose all my characters. P.S. ive emailed arenanet a few weeks
